Help in filing PR........

forum.immigrantscanada.com Dear Frens I am planning to file my PR application in this month with all documents ready. As of now, my wife is carrying and delivery is expected in Dec,14. This is her second conception and we have a 2.5 year old daughter already. Is this conception can be a problem as I have to declare the persons accompanying now itself. And how to go about this??
